Artwork from the You Are Here 2021 Calendar featuring scenes of the North Shore by artists: Kathleen AinscoughTim Bennison, Enda Bardell, Miles Brook, Diana Zoe Coop, Chris Dalton, Lyza Del Mar Gustin, Danyne Johnston, Ishrat Khan, Lorena Krause & Tatjana Mirkov-Popovicki.

Theses stunning works of art were used to create a 2021 calendar that is being used as a promotional & fundraising tool for the North Shore Culture Compass. Initiated by  North Van Arts, the Culture Compass is an interactive, online map showcasing the art & cultural diversity of the North Shore, including the City of North Vancouver, the District of North Vancouver, the District of West Vancouver, the Squamish Nation & the Tsleil-Waututh Nation.

Using the Culture Compass you can discover local arts & culture organizations, public art, festivals & events, destinations of cultural & natural heritage & so much more!

Check out the virtual reception for an engaging discussion with the artists on their inspirations & techniques, & learn more about the You Are Here Calendar project & Culture Compass.
